3 Hours | Saturdays | Learn how to choose the finest ingredients and make a gourmet meal!
This is an exclusive chef-led tour of the Farmer’s Market in lively downtown Sarasota where you personally learn how to select the finest and freshest produce, cheeses, fish, herbs, spices, olive oils, and other savory ingredients. As you stroll through the market visiting various culinary vendor tents, your executive chef teaches you what to look for when buying organic, what colors to look for in ripened fruits and vegetables, and other nuggets of knowledge that you can take back to your own kitchen! After gathering the finest ingredients along the way, your food tour group proceeds to a nearby restaurant for your own private, chef-led cooking demonstration where you then enjoy a delectable lunch made from the very ingredients you selected, along with a glass of wine!
